backtagging: I am often a slow tagger so I am of course 100% ok with backtags since I do them myself.
threadhopping: As long as everyone agrees on it beforehand, I am all for it.

hugging/flirting/kissing: Please flirt with him he will only pick up on it like 30% of the time. For anything physical I'm open to it but if you're worried about him being receptive feel free to run it by me first!

relationships: Again I beg you to try. Just don't be surprised if he doesn't show up to your first date because he got distracted buying a clock for a patient. "That's so specific" you say. Yes, it happens in the manga.
fighting: Please try to fight Tenma. He has no combat ability and will probably refuse to engage. But it will be funny for sure. He DOES have a gun tho so like... keep that in mind.
injury/death: See above. I encourage you to injure this man, if your conscience can stand it. For any serious injury though please hit me up first!
telepathy/mindreading/other: Go for it! I can promise nothing interesting though because Tenma's pretty earnest and straightforward.
